Over the holidays, you all let us know that you loved the new scents—Mabon and Ostara—that we introduced alongside our custom candles at the Stone Mountain Games. For us it was another exciting chance to create something completely new for County Argyle. We were so incredibly happy that you all loved them, too.
These past three months, we have been hard at work on a few extra surprises, and I finally get to share them with you today.
As some of you may have seen on our social feeds, this weekend at the Dunedin Games, we are launching Jabberjerky, a line of hand-made, gourmet brisket beef jerky featuring some of Scotland’s favorite mythical beasts (Bill loves the Kelpie, and Jeff loves the Beithir). If you’ve ever wanted to taste a little Loch Ness Monster, here’s your chance.
We spent the end of 2024 finding the perfect jerky flavors and locating a production facility that could do it right. They craft the jerky from the highest quality ingredients, then package and label each 3-ounce bag to our exacting standards. The launch happens this weekend, and we’ll have all six flavors on hand throughout 2025.
On the subject of our new scents, we are adding a third—Haggis Spice (yes, really) based on the spices and flavors found in the Burns Night tradition. We are also adapting the two existing scents into exclusive beard oils, just in time for Father’s Day.
Finally, on an extra happy note, we just got word from our good friends at Edinburgh’s Chocolate Tree. They are once again selling through us in the U.S., so we will be fully stocked on Haggis Spice, Bramble & Cardamom, Raspberry, and all your favorite flavors over the coming month.
